As 2012 gets underway there will be numerous contract reviews that arise, some helpful and some not so helpful. Nonetheless, learning to navigate the new 2012 Real Estate Contract is not that bad. Training and proper instruction will add tremendous benefits toward proper completion of forms. Personally, two of my favorites instructors are Attorney Oliver Frascona & Attorney Kent Levine.
